 Chef Tony and Maria have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years.  Most recently, they were part-owners of Buona Fortuna Ristorante in Hanover, Pennsylvania for 20 years.  Before opening Buona Fortuna, they owned San Remo's Inn in Thomasville for over 20 years.
